The Runner

The goal of the runner is to advance around the bases to reach home plate to score a run for his team. Many things can happen to the runner during his trip around the bases. This course examines the rules concerning base running including base awards, the base path, obstruction, missing a base, being hit by a batted ball, passing another runner, and other topics.
