SECTION 10.       a. It is strongly recommended that the host institution assign a representative to handle game management issues outside of the playing surface (see Rule 5-2-f). The game administrator should make contact with the visiting coach and umpires before the start of the contest. b. It is recommended that the host institution provide a dressing facility and appropriate security for umpires before, during and after the game.
