The batter curses or shows unsportsmanlike conduct.

Depending on the conduct there are three levels of discipline an umpire can employ. The first is a verbal warning. The second is a written warning. If a player or coach receives a written warning they are restricted to the bench for the remainder of the game. If the offense is determined to be major, the umpire can eject the player or coach from the game. It is the umpires judgment on which action to take on the offending player or coach. NOTE: There does not need to be an escalation of enforcement from the umpire, it should be proportional to the conduct of the offender.
