High school left-handed pitcher on the mound pitching from the stretch. His feet are in proper position (no hybrid violation) as he starts to deliver his non pivot foot sets back towards 3rd and he continues his motion and delivers to the plate. Is this a balk? He had brought his hands together, feet are positioned correctly came to a stop them his right non pivot foot heel moved back approx 6 inches and without stopping continues to deliver.
